In these trying times it is important to know that those who service you are taking measures to keep and protect the safety of their customers and staff. The Team at Nicole Jordan Catering share in your concerns as they are the concerns of our staff as well. While our existing daily kitchen practices already adhere and go above the standard and regulations that we are required to follow as a licensed food service establishment here in the City of Chicago and State of Illinois, our team operates with strict adherence to the guidelines set forth by the City of Chicago Food Code. All staff that work in our kitchen have either their ServSafe® Food Handler Certifications and/or Food Sanitation Server Manager Certification and adhere to our current Employee Health Policy regarding the prevention of transmitting disease through food.

We are also taking additional preventative measures in our kitchen to reinforce our standard procedures around the safe preparation of food, cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen.
