Growing up with a large extended family, food was a focal point of many of our celebrations. In a family with many amazing cooks, our gatherings often took on a life of their own, extending far beyond familial ties. Birthdays, holidays, and Sunday dinners, with my maternal grandparent's home as the gathering place, welcomed neighbors and friends alike, where together, we laughed, loved, and ate great food! It was a time for re-connection. It was community.
These fond memories inspired my vision for Nicole Jordan Catering (NJC). With today's fast pace of living, when we can slow down, catch up and reconnect, I want our food to be a part of creating warm memories of celebration and community.
